Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• identity and contact details, such as your name, business name, email address and telephone number;
• enquiry details, including product, sourcing, partnership, business-service or household-service requirements;
• booking information, such as appointment time, postcode, moving information and answers you submit through a booking provider;
• commercial and transaction information needed to assess or deliver an agreed engagement;
• communications and records of our dealings with you; and
• limited technical and security information generated when the website or our systems are used.

Do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information through a website enquiry.

Why we use information and our lawful bases

• Responding to enquiries and taking pre-contract steps: to understand a requirement, arrange a meeting and prepare a proposal.
• Contract: to deliver and administer an agreed service.
• Legitimate interests: to operate and secure the business, maintain appropriate records, manage relationships, improve processes and pursue relevant B2B opportunities, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation: to meet accounting, tax, regulatory, sanctions, fraud-prevention or other legal requirements.
• Consent: where consent is the appropriate basis, including certain optional marketing or non-essential tracking. You may withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share information with

We may share only the information reasonably required with hosting, email, IT, booking, professional-adviser and other operational service providers; with a supplier, customer, commercial counterparty or service provider when progressing a request; with Utility Warehouse where you ask to pursue an eligible service; or with regulators and authorities where legally required.

We do not sell personal information. An introduction or transfer of enquiry information is not made merely because you visit a page.

Calendly and external platforms

If you choose to book through Calendly or use another linked platform, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms as well as acting in relevant circumstances as a service provider to us. Review the information shown by the platform before submitting.

International transfers

Some providers or counterparties may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we use an applicable adequacy arrangement, contractual protection or another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep information

General enquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless an engagement, dispute, legal duty or continuing business relationship justifies longer retention. Contract, transaction, tax and accounting records may be kept for up to six years or longer where law requires. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent or it is no longer needed.

Security

We use proportionate organisational and technical measures intended to protect information. No internet transmission is completely risk-free, so avoid sending unnecessary confidential material through ordinary email or public forms.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct or erase information; restrict or object to processing; receive portable data; withdraw consent; and ask for information about a relevant international transfer. These rights are not absolute in every situation.
